WILL INTERNET RESTRICTIONS BECOME THE LAST STRAW FOR RUSSIANS?

Sanctions on Russia have evidently not succeeded in forcing Moscow to abandon the war in Ukraine. However, the Russian government’s increasing restrictions on internet access may prove to be a pivotal development.
